KEENON S100 Heavy-Load Courier Robot

The S100 takes the trolley runs nobody enjoys. It carries 100kg or more on a customisable shelf, finds its own way around your site and swaps batteries in about 15 seconds, so it can keep going across shifts. Out of the box it comes with KEENON's operating system and app pre-installed, which helps get it working quickly.

01 / Why this model

Why choose the S100?

01

Moves real loads

100kg or more on a shelf that can hold four standard 600 x 400 x 350mm material boxes.

02

Keeps going

Three charging options, including a charging pile, an adapter and a 15-second battery swap, support round-the-clock running.

03

Finds its own route

LiDAR SLAM and stereo vision let it replan in milliseconds when something blocks the way.

04

Safety built in

Two LiDAR sensors, three stereo vision sensors, a 360-degree anti-collision strip and three emergency stop buttons.

02 / Where it works best

The S100 suits warehouses, factories, hospitals, labs and large back-of-house operations, anywhere goods move regularly between fixed points.
